You receive a no-obligation personalized quote Via email. ** Typically provided within a few days to one week

Review the quote and decide which photographs you'd like restored.

You are never required to restore every image submitted for quote

A timely response helps keep the process moving smoothly and ensures you receive your restored images as quickly as possible

You'll receive a preview screenshot Via email, of the completed restoration

If something doesn't feel quite right, you'll have an opportunity to provide feedback

Provide details for what is not quite right, reply to your delivery email.

The more specific you are, the more accurate the result: “her eyes were blue, not green, my grandfather's nose is more thin and looks too wide in the restoration, the background is too dark… etc”

One (1) round of revisions is free

Additional revision rounds may be available for an additional fee, which will be quoted and approved before iteration work begins.

* NOTE: You will have ten (10) calendar days from the initial preview email notification to review the restoration and to approve or submit feedback (optional).
Your finished restoration will be delivered electronically

In most cases, the final image is delivered at approximately 2X the original size of the photograph or 2X resolution of the digital image, with additional resolution enhancement available when appropriate

High resolution option available at extra cost (10% fee added, per quote of that restoration image)

Once payment is confirmed and all imagery has reached me, restoration begins

Most restorations take approximately 1- 2 weeks, depending on workload and complexity

More involved restorations may take approximately 3 - 4 weeks

Rush Priority Service may be available for extra cost, typically 2-3 day turnaround after quote and payment
Once you approve the work order, you'll receive an invoice with available payment options
