• No obligation: Booking a consultation does not commit you to purchasing restoration services

• $48 consultation fee can be refunded toward orders over $300

• Virtual Consultation payment invoice will be sent out after date and time is confirmed.

Cancellation and rescheduling: 

• Rescheduling: You may email me to reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge.

• Cancellations: Consultation fees are refundable when cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations & missed appointments: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

By booking a virtual consultation with Revival Images, I acknowledge and understand the following:

• The consultation is an opportunity to discuss my photographs, restoration goals and potential restoration options.

• A $48 fee applies to all virtual consultations.

• Any restoration pricing discussed during the consultation is an estimate. A final quote can be provided after restoration request form is filled out and assessing the scope of work.

• Access to a reliable computer and the necessary equipment is available to me to ensure a smooth and productive consultation.

• The consultation fee and applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy have been communicated to me before booking.
